Iglika Yordanova is Managing Partner in Colliers. Having over 16 years of experience she has played a key role in positioning the company at the forefront of commercial real estate. Iglika has been a leader in both office and retail agency, having advised the likes of Bluehouse, Lindner, Europa Capital, Revetas, Avestus, GE, GTC, Immofinanz, Heitman and many others. Over the last five years, as Managing Director of Colliers in Bulgaria, Iglika has consistently demonstrated market leadership results and value creation in the industry. Iglika has been a member of ICSC and represents the company in AmCham, Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, BGFMA, National Real Estate Association.
Iglika’s previous experience, as Manager Retail Services, was in the area of business development and team management. She has a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Economics, both from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Sofia.
